The fully automatic weighing instrument (HNJC-ATW series) is a weighing device for the relevant flux in the early stage of XRF melting machine sample making. Based on the high-precision electronic weighing module, it is equipped with an automatic lifting + rotating mechanical rotating mechanism to control the weighing crucible, realizing automatic weighing of powdered flux, thereby reducing the number of tedious times in the weighing process, greatly reducing the labor intensity, and improving the weighing accuracy and weighing efficiency. The equipment adopts PLC control accuracy, self-developed automatic lifting + rotating mechanical rotating mechanism to control the weighing crucible, with the characteristics of full automatic control, fast weighing speed, high efficiency, no pollution, convenient and fast operation, and safe operation.
