The HNJC-T4A machine is designed for automatic fusion bead sample, the heating part and control part seperately make the structure is more reasonable, easy operation by human, only put sample on the machine, then set the program by touch screen, the process finished automatically, user can adjust the automatic swing system to increase uniformity of bead sample during its working.
The equipment adopts intelligent temperature control system and high precision. To achieve the best effect of melting sample, the unique rotary swing design makes the molten body to form vortex movement, makes the samples mixed. The equipment adopt microcomputer, frequency converters and PLC control system, the parameters are default designed, and have multiple hardware and software protection. The equipment not only with a high degree of automation, but also perform reliably. So the equipment can meet a variety of industry analysis standards.
Characteristic
1. Advanced design concept, make the heating furnace body and control components in separated structure. reasonable overall combination layout , small size with great structure appearance.
2. Choose high quality silicon carbon rod heating elements, and the maximum heating temperature can reach 1300 degrees to ensure the stable and lasting operation of the machine.
3. Choose variety of high-quality fire-resistant thermal insulation materials (different materials have different physical properties) for the interior lining of the heating furnace. Materials with slag resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance and other properties are selected for the fire facing surface due to direct contact with the high-temperature working area of the sample. High quality fire-resistant fibers are used for the insulation layer to ensure the minimum loss of heat. To ensure the efficient utilization and long-term working stability of the heating chamber under long-term high-temperature working conditions.
4. There is an internal smoke exhaust channel inside the furnace to remove the residual corrosive smoke inside the furnace, reduce the corrosion of internal heating and heating elements, and extend the service life of high-temperature components inside the equipment.
5. Thermocouple real-time temperature measurement, PID constant temperature regulation, PLC intelligent control ensure accurate control of sample preparation process, and superior production quality.
6. Full touch screen display operation, friendly human-computer interface, less manual intervention, just sample loading, set the sample melting curve through the touch screen, and the sample melting process is automatically completed.
