The high-quality composite insulation material is made from the latest Nano-microporous technology, which have great insulation effect, low thermal conductivity, no volatile organic compounds, low temperature of the furnace shell and obvious energy saving effect. HRE superalloy heating elements with high melting point, scientific calculation and reasonable arrangement of three-sided/five-sided heating elements can improve the uniformity of furnace temperature greatly. Heating element installed on ceramic support tube, which radiate heat freely , maintained quickly and service a long time. Solid state relay control heating element,and accurate temperature control without noise.   

The design of different furnace sizes can be changed flexibly according to customer requirements and. Liquid touch screen controller have easy operation, one-click operation, auto programmed, which avoid the trouble of modifying curve parameters when sintering different materials; it can be ensured the zero risk of overheat alarm, automatic power off function; The furnace can be provided with an intake/exhaust pipe, gas spread into the pipe at the beginning of heating. The preheating gas enter into the furnace, does not affect the furnace temperature, which ensure the furnace achieve the best ventilation effect (can be upgraded to electric opening valve). It is randomly equipped with special high temperature and high strength SIC kiln furniture (bearing board, pillar, shed board, bowl, etc). The secondary protection of the equipment can be added by selecting overheat protector.
