Characteristic    

The furnace is compactness, well designed, perfect appearance, and double shell structure is stable, additional cooling device ensure lower shell temperature; electrostatic spray shell can service long life, ceramic fiber/alumina hollow ball lining is durable, heating fast, low energy consumption. To avoid mechanical abrasion, the furnace door frame is spliced by high strength light heat insulation firebrick. Large opening design is easy to load sample.   

High quality high temperature SIC or MoSi2 heating elements, double/multi-sided heating. Heating element have special treatment by hanging, which can reduce the pressure on the furnace lining, extend service life. Standard diameter 0.5mm S or B thermocouple single point/multi-point temperature control and measurement. Intelligent instrument (Y)/ Liquid touch screen (A)AI can control the temperature precisely, which can be operated easily.   

Exhaust gas catalytic converter is used to remove organic components from exhaust gas. The organic components are burned off by catalytic reactions at temperature 600°C , which decompose into carbon dioxide and water vapor, that's why there's no odor in the exhaust gas.
