JZJ-HSF High temperature sintering furnace

Introducation    

It’s a kind of high temperature sintering industrial furnace , which used in periodic, small batch production and pilot workshop. Widely used in powder metallurgy, electronic ceramics, new building materials, refractory materials, ceramic crafts, special materials, nanomaterials, new materials research and development fields. Loading will be troublesome for the large volume or heavy weight of sintered product,so it is recommended to use this furnace type high temperature furnace for sample sintering test. It is also suitable for small samples, which need to be sintered by multi-layer loading.   

According to the actual demand, the high temperature furnace can adopt two modes : top lifting or bottom lifting, it can also add two or more tool carts for alternate using, which given one originally. The heating all around the furnace chamber provide the uniformity of temperature, high quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system can ensure the reliable quality of the sintered material.   

The new high-purity alumina ceramic is made for the furnace material, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 1400℃, 1600℃, 1700℃. Temperature controller adopts AI intelligent control module, which can achieve requirements of temperature controlling and keeping. It can achieve the function of monitoring the operation of high temperature furnace remotely, abnormal warning, powering off.etc, by mobile APP. The controlled cooling system is equipped with manual/automatic vents for debinding and organic volatilization, which can be adjusted to different process requirements.
