HNJC-T6 automatic melting machine is a glass melting sample preparation equipment for XRF analysis that is completely independently developed by our company. The samples prepared by the glass melting method effectively reduce or even eliminate the adverse factors such as matrix effect, particle effect and mineral effect encountered by the samples during XRF analysis, and greatly improve the accuracy of XRF analysis. In the steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement and other industries, the glass melting method is extremely widely used. This type of automatic melting machine is a fully automatic melting sample preparation equipment designed for this purpose. The whole machine has a reasonable design structure and adopts a split design of the heating furnace body and the control components. The user operation is simple and there is little manual intervention. You only need to load the sample and set the melting program through the touch screen. The melting process is automatically completed with one button. During the melting process, a user-adjustable automatic swing system is designed to ensure the uniformity of the melting piece. The whole machine adopts silicon carbon rod heating, thermocouple real-time temperature measurement, PID constant temperature adjustment, PLC intelligent control, and excellent performance in temperature control, stability, operability and other performances. The maximum heating temperature can reach 1400℃, and it has good temperature applicability for different sample materials. The final sample is uniform and of good quality, which can meet the needs of customers in different industries for XRF analysis melting sample preparation.

● The lining of the heating furnace chamber is made of high-quality refractory insulation materials to ensure the efficient use of electric heating in the heating chamber and temperature stability.

The working temperature can reach 1300°C, and the bracket can withstand a high temperature of 1600℃. It has good temperature applicability for different sample materials.
